I am a certified pharmacy technician, hold my mental health certificate and work for Buckeye Community Health.
Why did you start CrossFit?
I started to CrossFit to regain strength and endurance after battling breast cancer.
What is your favorite thing about CrossFit?
The support of the coaches and everyone at the gym.
What is a PR (Personal Record) that you are proud of?
Winning the sit-up challenge with 132 sit ups. And toes to bars
What motivates you to CrossFit?
Knowing that I can push myself to do things I never dreamed I could do.
What goals would you like to achieve in the next year that CrossFit can help you with?
I want to climb a rope, do handstand push-ups and work with the bar more.
What would you tell someone who was thinking about starting CrossFit, but was nervous or scared?
Don’t be scared! The 330 is built on support and non judgement . Once you join? You will never wa to leave.
