Favorite WOD/Exercise: Rowing, Back squats, Deadlifts, Dumbbell snatches and Tabata.
What is a PR (personal record) you are proud of? Deadlifting 175lbs!! and my 1 rep Back squat at 135lbs
Least Favorite WOD/Exercise: Front squats and thrusters!

I have been married for 22 yrs. I have 2 kids Jeff 29 and Korra 25 I have been working at Signet Jewelers for 5 years as a polisher and I love it!
Why did you start CrossFit?
I had a friend who did Bootcamp, and when I saw her results, It motivated me to try Bootcamp. After I did 2 Bootcamps, one of the coaches encouraged me to Join. I have always wanted to do CrossFit.
What is your favorite thing about CrossFit?
The Coaches, the support, and the everyday challenge to see if you can push yourself just a little bit harder. Also, to see all my friends that I have made that go there.
What motivates you to CrossFit?
Feeling good after the workouts!
What goals would you like to achieve in the next year that CrossFit can help you with?
Climbing the rope and Pull ups
What would you tell someone who was thinking about starting CrossFit, but was nervous or scared?
I was nervous before I started CrossFit also,but now 4 years later I am stronger and more confident than before.
