Tell us about yourself.
I have an athletic background in soccer, martial arts, power lifting, roller hockey, hiking, and obstacle course racing. My day job is as a chemist for a paint company. My side gig is in e-commerce and helping others with their wellness and clean living.
Why did you start CrossFit?
I took a year off from martial arts due to an injury. I decided when I turned 40 to get back into shape and so I decided to try CrossFit.
What is your favorite thing about CrossFit?
What motivates you to CrossFit?
The teamwork, coaching, intensity, versatility, and the support from members of the box.
What goals would you like to achieve in the next year that CrossFit can help you with?
Rope climbing, double unders, and handstand walking.
What would you tell someone who was thinking about starting CrossFit, but was nervous or scared?
I would tell them how much I enjoy CrossFit and that they should try it because they have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I would recommend CF330!
