Why did you start CrossFit?
I have always been athletic my whole life and loved being involved in any kind of physical activity . With a history of competitive cheer, ballet, and gymnastics I missed the thrill of any kind of competition . My mother joined bootcamp at the 330 she brought me to bring a friend night. This gym brought me back to life on what I’ve been missing out on.
What is your favorite thing about CrossFit?
The camaraderie with team work , the support from our coaches and peers is so unbelievably uplifting . Starting out everyday with the people I care about warms my heart every morning . To be healthy and accomplish new goals . Knowing that it’s ok to fail sometimes and keep working for new achievements . On the daily everyone At the gym motivates me to be stronger physically and mentality .
