Favorite WOD/Exercise:So far I would choose deadlift
What is a PR (personal record) you are proud of? 485 bench press when I was power lifting.
Least Favorite WOD/Exercise: Lunges
CrossFit Experience:I have been Crossfitting for 4 years.
Favorite WOD/Exercise: Rowing, Back squats, Deadlifts, Dumbbell snatches and Tabata.
What is a PR (personal record) you are proud of? Deadlifting 175lbs!! and my 1 rep Back squat at 135lbs
Least Favorite WOD/Exercise: Front squats and thrusters!
CrossFit Experience: I did the 6 week Bootcamp in 2016 and then went right into CrossFit. With both combined, it’s been about 4 years total.
Favorite WOD/Exercise:I love working with the barbell. Something about the feel of it in your hands just makes you feel so strong. I wish that I had been introduced to weightlifting when I was younger and more of an athlete without the limitations of age.
What is a PR (personal record) you are proud of? I was able to Rx one of the open workouts the first year I joined 330. I didn’t complete it of course, but I was able to get through 30 deadlifts at 155# and move onto the next movement.
Least Favorite WOD/Exercise: Burpees. Effing burpees.
CrossFit Experience: A little over 2 years since my first boot camp.
Favorite WOD/Exercise: Ruth of course will always be my favorite WOD because she has such a special place in my heart! My favorite exercise hmmm … deadlifts now! But thrusters and tire flips are right up there!
Least Favorite WOD/Exercise: BURPEES!!!!
What is a PR (Personal Record) that you are proud of?
Oh my deadlift for sure! 225# and probably could have gone a little more but I played it safe!
CrossFit Experience: It’s been a little over 4 years…crazy!!!
Favorite WOD/Exercise: I love all things cardio (minus burpees). Wall balls, box jumps, jump rope, running….love them! The barbell and I aren’t really the best of friends, but I do enjoy workouts that incorporate both (at a light/moderate weight 😉)
Least Favorite WOD/Exercise: 220lb deadlift!!!!! Now this was pre baby, and I’m not sure if I’ll ever get back there, but I can’t wait to try! I’m also proud of being able to climb the rope. It isn’t consistent, but I’ll never forget the first day I made it to the top. Best feeling ever!
Also, let’s be honest…any workout I finish now is a PR 🤰🏻

Age: NACrossFit Experience: Well here I am going on three years! And loving every moment of it.Favorite WOD/Exercise: I think a Tabata is one of my favorites. There are a variety of WODs that I enjoy simply because of the variety and working all parts of the body.Least Favorite WOD/Exercise: I would have to say the bike is my least favorite, did I mention the bike, oh then there is the bike. Lol. I have a love hate relationship with it, but working on it.
CrossFit Experience: 2 years
Favorite WOD/Exercise: Cindy, I have love, hate relationship with her.
Least Favorite WOD/Exercise: Any workout with the assault bike.
CrossFit Experience: I started Evolved in February and joined as an unlimited member in March.
Favorite WOD/Exercise: Anything with the barbell and any partner workout!
Least Favorite WOD/Exercise:Burpees and the assault bike, maybe once my cardio improves I will like them, but I doubt it!!

CrossFit Experience: I started Boot Camp 3 years ago this October and will celebrate 3 years of CrossFit in January.
Favorite WOD/Exercise: Hmmm… I like any WOD that has us switching exercises often. Jumping rope is my favorite.
